School Programs

DanceLife InSchools offers a variety of programs tailored and created for year levels from Kindergarten to Year 12.  All programs incorporate key dance fundamentals and have been created to develop and improve the students fitness, core strength, flexibility, coordination, special awareness and confidence. The students work on developing these skills over the duration of the course through a number of ways including:

  • Warm Up and Cool Down
  • Foundation Exercises
  • Strengthening & Stamina Exercises
  • Musicality Exercises
  • Partner Work
  • Group Work
  • Choreography & Creative Activities

All parts of the programs are delivered in a safe and enjoyable manner while educating the students at the same time. The DanceLife InSchools Programs have been designed for both boys and girls by experts from a variety of dance fields. Each program is split up into sections incorporating the above activities and ending with learning a group routine. This routine will then be able to be performed proudly by the students at the completion of the program at a time suitable for the school, possibly at assembly.

There are a number of programs offered in a variety of dance styles depending on the school year level. These are only meant as a guideline and we can easily adapt course styles, time lengths, week block lengths and prices to suit your school’s needs and situations.
